Looking to de-stress, ground, balance and bring oneself to self again? Join us for a weekly morning of #mindfulness at Webb State Park.
We will begin discussing what it means to be mindful and how we will incorporate it in our walking and sitting #meditation in nature.
Meditation is the most medically studied alternative therapy there is in its effectiveness for illness, stress, anxiety, ptsd, heart disease, and more.
This area for our weekly meditation is vast and divine filled with trees, valleys, birds, ocean, beaches and more. Plus all 4 elements: earth, wind, fire, and water ... food for the soul.
This is an area I frequently go to walk, connect, and ground. The energies have been quite intense. So the other day I was walking, grounding, connecting and meditating practicing what I preach and giving this empath some much needed self care during these intense times, I was feeling that I need to share this experience with others.
I have been teaching meditation and spiritually based practices now for over 10yrs and led a few retreats and would live to bring you all along when I do these to help bring peace and balance back into your life.

Meeting place: Gazebo at the entrance. Please be on time so we have plenty of time for arrivals, greets, intentions, and breath. We leave at 9:40am for our meditative journey.
Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for outdoors. Yoga mat optional or towel but not necessary.
Please bring water.
You may also want to bring a journal for some reflection work.
Please no cell phones. This is a time for you to de-stress and self care for yourself.
